the location was convenient near the marina. the hop on hop off bus stop was just across the side road, i found that useful. the staff was always helpful, which i appreciated.

the room i got faced the carpark, not what i expected. maids didn't clean the room very well, i saw dirty cups left. the hotel seemed a bit short staffed, so service was slow at times.

the location was fine for getting around i guess it was close to some things.

the bathroom floor flooded after each shower due to a questionable design i had to use extra towels to soak it up every day also i noticed the cleaning staff seemed very intent on cleaning rooms daily even when i indicated i didn't want service i found it rather intrusive and disruptive

The location was excellent. I had easy access to everything. the staff were really kind and efficient. the breakfast had many options. I could choose from a wide variety.

The standard room felt quite small. the see-through glass shower door offered very limited privacy. the rooftop terrace was closed. The closure was not communicated before my arrival.

the room had complimentary water and rituals toiletries which i found a nice touch. breakfast offered both a la carte and buffet options. the location is near the gothic quarter and close to metro and bus stops. i especially liked the coffee station in the room.

the standard room felt very small. the glass shower door didn't seal very well, reducing privacy in the toilet room!

the check-in process included cava upon arrival. the staff was available and ready to help with anything i needed . maids were somewhat slow to replenish water bottles without asking.
